Toms Shoe sketch - Apestar

A friend of mine bought a pair of Toms Shoes. Apparently this company gives a pair of shoes to an under-privileged child per purchase. Seems like a nice bonus to buying a pair of plain, canvas sneakers for as low as $30. Not too shabby I'd say!

Anyway, he bought them and asked if I could do a sketch on them for him. I figured it would be a fun challenge, and it was. Drawing on shoes turned out to be harder than I expected. =P As long he thinks its cool that's all that matters.
